Due to increased restrictions announced in the country from November 9 to December 6, access to some of the "Lielupe" services are restricted.

 

The following services are available to hotel guests ensuring all necessary security measures:

  • In room breakfast delivery 

 

  • In room lunch and dinner delivery

Restaurant working hours

I-VII: 12:00 – 22:30

Lobby bar working hours

I-VII: 12:00 – 23:00

 

  • Gym is available for individual guests and due to the restrictions maximum capacity is 2 persons at the same time. Please note that booking an appointment is mandatory is required + 371 67753306.

I-VII: 08:00 – 22:00

 

  • Swimming pool for individual visit

 

  • Salt room for individual visit

I-VII: 10:00 – 22:00

 

  • Lunch and dinner for take away or Bolt Food delivery

 

  • Events can be organized for up to 10 people and no more than 2 households

 

 

The following services are not available until the end of the emergency:

  • Spa massages and rituals
  • Jacuzzi, Turkish steam bath, Finnish sauna
  • Kids Club visit

 

 

Wellness centre memberships

Memberships to the Wellness center purchased before 8.11.2020 and are valid from 9.11.2020 until 30.12.2020 will be extended until 31.03.2021. For additional information, please contact Lielupe Wellness centre: +371 67753306, wellness@semarahhotels.com.

 

Gift card extension

  • All gift cards with expiration date is 08.11.-30.12.2020, will be automatically extended until 30.03.2021.
  • Lieliska dāvana and Balttour purchased offers with expiration date is 08.11.-30.12.2020, will be automatically extended until 30.03.2021.
  • Please be informed that if you are relocating your accommodation, reservation department will offer a date upon availability at the hotel. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

HYGIENE AND SAFETY IN HOTEL «LIELUPE»

 

Hotel will be open with increased attention to guests, partners and employee safety, also hotel administration will monitor all the changes in the country and will strongly follow the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the Cabinet of Ministers.

 

Please respect 2 m social distancing, sanitize Your hands and wear a face mask.

 

WELLNESS CENTRE

No more than 60 persons at the same time.

 

SALT ROOM

No more than 3 persons at the same time, excluding family members or company.

 

GYM

Gym is available for individual guests and due to the restrictions maximum capacity is 2 persons at the same time. Please note that booking an appointment is mandatory is required + 371 67753306.

 

KIDS CLUB

Available after the end of the emergency period.

 

ELEVATOR

No more than 4 persons at the same time. Please use stairs for your safety.

 

STAFF WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Staff are provided with personal protective equipment: masks, gloves and hand sanitisers. Workplaces are regularly disinfected and staff to undergo regular temperature screening before shift.

 

GUEST SAFETY

Guests will have access to hand sanitisers in public areas. Protective screens are deployed at selected customer service touchpoints. The hotel does not accommodate guests for self-isolation.

 

PHYSICAL DISTANCING

The number of guests will be limited in enclosed areas and the required distance indoors, including the restaurant, conference rooms, swimming pool and elevators. The floor marking will be used as a guide to the required distance.

 

ENHANCED HOUSEKEEPING

The frequency of disinfection and cleaning of hotel areas has been increased, for example in the swimming pool, gym, relax areas and elsewhere. It has developed stringent guidelines and have established an internal inspection.

 

ROOMS

Elevated cleaning protocols with increased sanitisation of high-touch areas such as door handles, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, TV remote controls and light switches. To reduce personal contact during stay, t room cleaning is reduced to once every three days.

 

FOOD

Improved food safety standards and protocols for food reception, processing and table service. In order to follow the queues and the flow of guests, the restaurant may have an extended breakfast time or individual guests may be offered a specific breakfast period. Non-contact room service is also provided.

 

SPA, POOL, SAUNAS & GYM

To reduce the number of people present and ensure a smooth flow in the changing rooms, hotel guests will be provided with bathrobes in the hotel rooms. For pool, sauna, gym and Kids club visit number of people is limited. Cleaning will be made between each group visit.
