Following services are available during emergency period:
- breakfast – room delivery only
- lobby bar services – room delivery, take away or Bolt food delivery
- kitchen only from Friday until Saturday 11:00-20:30.
SPA & Wellness, Kids Club and conference services are not available during emergency period.

STAFF WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Staff are provided with personal protective equipment: masks, gloves and hand sanitisers. Workplaces are regularly disinfected and staff to undergo regular temperature screening before shift.
Guests will have access to hand sanitisers in public areas. Protective screens are deployed at selected customer service touchpoints. The hotel does not accommodate guests for self-isolation.
The number of guests will be limited in enclosed areas and the required distance indoors. The floor marking will be used as a guide to the required distance.
The frequency of disinfection and cleaning of hotel areas has been increased. It has developed stringent guidelines and have established an internal inspection.
Elevated cleaning protocols with increased sanitisation of high-touch areas such as door handles, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, TV remote controls and light switches. To reduce personal contact during stay, t room cleaning is reduced to once every three days.
Improved food safety standards and protocols for food reception, processing and service. Room service is provided.
GIFT CARD EXTENSION
- All gift cards with expiration date until 30.04.2021, will be automatically extended until 30.06.2021
- Please be informed that if you are relocating your accommodation, reservation department will offer a date upon availability at the hotel.
